The problem
Custom design is slow. Stock photos all look the same.
Professional services businesses — accountants, financial advisers, dental practices, consultants — needed scroll-stopping graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram and ad campaigns. Their options were thin: page 47 of Shutterstock, a $200/hour designer with a two-week turnaround, or a Sunday lost to Canva.
The hidden ask was bigger than "cheaper and faster." It was a brand expression that competitors couldn't copy from a template — something a viewer would pause on, not scroll past.

What I learned
The product wanted to be a service.
Six months of running Creative Packs with a self-serve checkout, automated delivery dashboard and Stripe billing taught me one thing: at this price point, professional-services owners want a conversation, not a cart. They want to know who's drawing, what their business will look like, and whether a style fits their brand.
Today the product survives, but as an inquiry-based service — I review the brief, price it, and ship the pack. The infrastructure was right; the funnel was wrong. That's a lesson worth more than the build.
